The weather is shit, so it the perfect opportunity to get nice and warm with some very good music and events. Here are our picks for the week
YOUNG RIVAL @ Rhiz – 27.05
Another top quality evening organised by Ink Music will be had on Monday as Young Rivals take to the intimate stage at Rhiz.
It is a busy Tuesday evening with two great Viennese music events happening at the same time on the gürtel. Reich and Föhn will be taking over the Rhiz with the Chicago duo White Mystery (aka sister and brother redheads Miss Alex White and Francis Scott Key White) supported by Cousins and Vienna’s very own the Fritz, who continue their occupation of the Rhiz, playing for the 2nd time this month there.
Club NoLabel in B72 should also be a good one. It is the final edition of the season. For this they have brought in three top bands to send the club night off with a bang with The Golden Rabbit, Farewell dear ghost and spark.light.fire
Beth Edges @ B72 – 29.05
This guys are old hats now when it comes to producing catchy indie tunes. It looks set to be the last gig they are going to play for a while as they retire to the studio to record their new album. New tunes will most definately be played.
GLOBAL 2000 TOMORROW Festival 2013 @ AKW Zwentendorf – 30.05 – 02.06
The festival season is upon us and it will be kicked off by the Tomorrow Festival. There is definately a little bit of everything in the line-up. Round the weekend off by doing something for charity. Football, music and dj’s for free at the Ute Bock Cup 2013!
