We have scoured the Vienna music scene once again, and have found these little gems for you this week.
NACHTFLUG 005 – K.U.N.T.Z & MARIA AUS NITZ. @ Flex – 02.04
The fifth edition of Nachtflug takes place on Wednesday night with K.U.N.T.Z and Maria aus Nitz
B72 will be hosting the VSA – Michaela Singt! night tonight with SiM guestwriter Tall William and more.
Elternabend mit Eloui, Ernesty International und Mika Vember @ Kabarett Niedermair – 03.04
This is a wonderful idea and deserves a mention and some support. It is not easy for parents to keep on watching and going to gigs when you have young children. Kabarett Niedermair have got three of the best bands from the Vienna indie scene to play at a child-friendly time – 16:30 pm, in a smoke-free environment and with the sound set to “child”. Spread the word to all of those music loving parents out there.
Another fantastic idea and an event for a good cause will be held in WERK with Viva con Agua celebrating their start-up in Austria with Egotronic and Kalipo from Frittenbude. Viva con Agua is a Hamburg-based organisation which was established by ex-St.Pauli players in order to try and provide people with clean drinking water across the world. All money raised from the event will go directly into their very first project in Malawi.
Blood Red Shoes@ Flex- 04.04
The two-piece from Brighton return to Vienna for another outing. It has been two years since their last album but they are back with a bang with their self-titled 4th album.
Fijuka@ Rote Bar – 05.04
One of our favourite bands from Vienna will be playing at the 10 year Fleisch party on Saturday night in the Rote Bar with plenty more fun in store after as well.
