THE TULIPS – SCORPIO MOON

Los Angeles-based psych-folk group The Tulips recently released the first single off of their forthcoming LP ‘Echo Blue’. Album opener ‘Scorpio Moon’ is an enticing track which bubbles seductively on the surface.

HOLLOW STATES – IF I HAVE TO GROW UP

Sydney band Hollow States recently released their debut EP Darkness Is Laughing, a collection of sensitive yet defiant alt-pop songs. Ripe with haunting synths, jangly guitars and poignant lyrics, If I have to grow up and the rest of the album has moments of simmering aggression and blissed out fragility.

OSCA – TRUMPET

Osca recently released their ‘Blood’ EP. Four impressive tracks which display their songwriting & musical talents in full force.

CANOPIES – CHOOSE YER OWN ADVENTURE

Canopies make it into this list for a second time with another piece of pscychadelic mastery with their second single ‘Choose Yer Own Adventure’ from their upcoming debut album Maximize Your Faithwhich is out on December 12th on Forged Artifacts.

PICK A PIPER / SQUALLASCOPE / LOVE CULT – NEVER GET LOST

The young producers met in New York to attend Red Bull Music Academy and worked out two gorgeous tracks operating on the fringes of pop, weirdo electronics and psychedelia.

ONLYREAL – YESTERDAYS

Chiming driving guitars and brit-pop nodding melodies, making for Only Real‘s signature blend of psychedelic, sun-kissed pop delivered with drawled-out rhymes and clever, sideways lyrics .
